    I thought when I was 17 that I'd have (by now) finished the first half of an education. Now I'm wrapping up an education in a secular field, crushed a job interview today, and planning on adventures (though I must go alone.) In a lot of ways? I'm learning to like this better.

    I think I’m doing better solo for the most part too… more time to focus on my job and my dogs, and I’m planning on going on a trip to several countries in Europe, to visit some friends but also hike a lot of Scandinavia and other countries over there. Also hopefully moving to Québec within the next couple of years. If I find a husband, cool. If I don’t, I’ll be fine. Lol

    How many places have you tried? What alternative products are available? (You asked your health care provider about alternative products, right ?)

    Even when I eat less, I still get stuck on the toilet for hours. It’s like my body stores a week’s worth of waste.

    Exercise and fiber or coffee. Try oatmeal in the morning or cardio helps get your internal system moving. @Misery always suggests water- very important also.

    I deal with the same problem… IBS is quite the demon. Do you have POTS, by any chance?

    These are common triggers to avoid ibs:deep fried food ,chocolate ,cows,goats,sheeps ,milk cheese,spice,coffee, coffee and chocolate are natural!laxatives!:),mineral water and pure orange juice are good natural slow laxatives and rebalance electrolytes

    This, I think, comes along with the autism and seems to be something that most of us deal with, though the "target" of that hyper-focus can vary wildly. I know I have to deal with it, and I know what can happen if I let it get out of hand... is why I always warn people to be careful about it.

    Focusing on a goal isnt bad. But going totally overboard to the point where it starts to harm you mentally or physically IS bad, AND it wont actually advance you towards your goal; rather, it'll push you AWAY from it, guaranteed.

    On a side note, whoever came up with the "brilliant" idea to have an ultra-tiny limit on comment sizes in systems like these should be kicked by a horse and covered in bees.

    That's great! I think setting mini-goals (such as overcoming anxiety, improving your emotional intelligence, or learning to be content being single to avoid coming across as desperate or needy) will make it easier to achieve your ultimate goal of getting a girlfriend.

    All it reminded me is that I was weird because I didn't want what everyone else wanted ,the true reason for it was a martyrs day \Saints day remembering Valentine if you choose to or you're Roman catholic and only having one spouse until one dies ,he championed monogamy over polygamy

    Yesterday my search was the 1st four sentences. And gave me no pertinent results. Today I tried searching using the 1st five sentences, and that does give the song in the first two results.
