    Thank you so much, Vinca! That was very thoughtful of you. :) It confirms some things I've found in attempts to heal: doing only as much as my "batteries" allow, eating excellently to properly facilitate healing AND recharging, + limited amounts of high quality coffee makes me feel good.

    Oh, and I'm finding taking regular deep-breathing time outs are great for me. A homemade CBT. :) Every time I'm feeling crap I pause and do a mini relaxation exercise, preferably in the fresh air to get that oxygen flowing. Also stretching to move that oxygen around the body seems to do wonders lately.

    Yes, I think aspies may see the world more as it is, rather than how we are told to see it...pointing out the world seems to operate on mass delusions does not seem to be very popular. :(

    We had a second storm yesterday afternoon and received another 14mm, which was great! My husband got a scare when he was outside and lightning struck the building next door! More rain in a week, I hope.

    Saw the GP, was diagnosed with post viral fatigue syndrome, aka chronic fatigue. He said my depression and anxiety are contributing to the fatigue from a string of illnesses. :(

    Just keep on keeping on, rest as necessary, take more supplements and try to boost my immune system. He said I could try probiotics and I've decided to order kefir grains and do it seriously. :)
