Do you prefer to do things with friends?

Do you find yourself thinking completely about something else than what the group is talking about? Then appear "off with the fairies?" I find I really have to concentrate to follow what they are talking about. I often have to ask again what they are saying.

Do you prefer to do things with friends?

Can you still like being social? I prefer to go dirt bike riding with my friends and I get along well with them rather than alone. I also show empathy for them as well but it feels like I have to think about it first and it's not natural.

    What are your social issues?

Do you have any empathy at all? I seem to a bit. Like if someone close gets hurt I feel bad n stress for them but it almost feels like I have to think about it first. Like my natural emotion just doesn't cut it. If someone dies I know, I say to myself: Oh so n so died. It's so sad. Then I can...

    Being an outsider?

Do you ever go on about something and not realise the other person is bored? I know I do but trying to decipher if it's Aspergers with me or just normal anxiety or whatever. When I try and reflect on what I say and think about if the person is bored, I get very slow in thought and it jumbles up...

    Being an outsider?

Yes I do occasionally. My biggest issue is I struggle to know how to express myself when I interact. I think people think I'm weird. Sometimes I just avoid it and other times I over do it and smile and stuff when I probably shouldn't. Depends on mood. Sometimes I feel normal and comfortable...

Do you think I have Asperger's Syndrome?

Thank you. I did the test and scored 139/200 for one and 80/200 for the second. Think it meant I have it. Not sure

    What are your social issues?

With me it's just awkward all the time. I either avoid communicating with strangers or over do it and appear eccentric. I can't read them and I feel that they think I'm weird. I'm ok with people I know. Some people are instantly in my comfort zone and it's fine. It's strange.

    Being an outsider?

I haven't been diagnosed yet but truly feel this is me. I know it. Hopefully it will help but at the moment I feel like I'm the only person on Earth who is like me. Just can't communicate properly. Very awkward. It's ok with people I know but I always have to prepare myself.

    Do you love yourself?

Not really. I don't like being different and I just want to be normal. Just don't fit in anywhere.

Do you think I have Asperger's Syndrome?

Hi All, I'm currently in the process of being diagnosed, but for now are these traits associated with Asperger's? I fixate severely on things like music, sport and politics and go on and on about them often not knowing that the other person isn't happy with it. It feels like a compulsive urge...

    Hi all!!

Hi I'm 36 and just discovered that I may have Aspergers Syndrome after years of thinking it was an Anxiety Disorder. Only new to it all really and after some information on it. I'm in the progress of being diagnosed professionally. My online tests suggest strongly that I am an aspie. I'm just...
