Hello, My name is Laura 
I was DX'ed with Asperger's when I was 8 years old. I started out non-verbal except for reading until the age of 9, but I am now fully functional (almost!) and a lot of people can't tell I have autism. I also have epilepsy, dyspraxia, and congenital spondylolisthesis. I live in a cosy house in Grimsby with my wonderful fiance Gav, who understands me and takes care of me. My IQ is 129. I'm studying a degree in Biology and I'm hoping to be a primary school teacher when I graduate. Life can get tough sometimes, especially when I get bullied for stimming around university (I like clapping and waving!) but I get through with the help of my friends and my love. All in all I love my life, and I am happy and proud of my progress over the years .
I love Horses SO MUCH! I've been riding since I was 2 years old and used to volunteer at a riding school. Horses are my best friends and I hope to have my own someday. My obsession is music. I can't go anywhere, even to the toilet, without my iPod on me, and I get very anxious without it. I play about 8 different instruments, I especially like the drums. I also like running, and I am a very good sprinter (100 metres in 12 seconds). I am also very gifted with languages. I speak french, german, spanish, japanese, polish, italian and latin.
