  • Sometimes it is simply my Aspie neuroses, too, that can make me annoyed when a thread veers off topic, teehee.
Bringing my suffering artist stamp card to a poetry reading tonight. I'm sure everyone will have a good laugh!
    I confess, King_Oni:

It's my happiest day today, because we seldom have the opportunity to chat for an extended period like we did today :D

    Lest Aillas gets jealous... :p
    Hey King_Oni,

I think your comments on Tigris' topic had been helpful, and I also thank you for clearing those questions on my mind.

Here's a glass of orange juice for you - cheers!

Thanks for your wonderful comments. I think they're really food for much thought for those of us in Singapore. :)
Well, this is my new obsession. :)

Hmm, what do you think of this statement by the head of Singapore's autism association,

'Autistics need to prove to Singaporeans that they deserve support'

If we really do not have something to prove to fellow people in Singapore, or even the world, what other recourse do we have?
Indeed, encouraging our talents could really do us good.

I really like your comment on my Wall! :D
Indeed. Some things some Aspies do don't pay well, but look at the value to society they bring! :) (E.g. music and art) And perhaps we should be given the opportunities to pursue them.

We should accept the attributes that we have. We'll accept and live with them.
    Hey King Oni!

You're the King! You had a wonderful reply to one of the threads that I really look out for!

My fav line: "Especially with employment dynamics that are going faster and faster in this day and age." Well, we've got to accept that we can't all fit into the current dynamics, no?

All I need to do is to do my best to try to be employable, if not, we should accept being unemployed and doing nothing. We've got lots of things to do anyway, like beating drums for an amateur band. :D
