    Go to areas that promote healthy living. Gyms, coffee shops, museums, gamestop, etc. From my experience unless they are fully functional, drunks and druggies dont partake in society to much.     In his defense, being assertive isn't easy easy. I know plenty of non autistics that are yes men and women. The point hear is, will this conversation club help with assertiveness? If it does, jumping on that in of itself us valuable.

    Embarrassing moments

    My most embarrassing moment would be having an orgasm when I first touched a girl on the bus. I grew up in hospitals and doctors offices instead of school. So I had little to no contact with girls growing up. Than when I did, BAM.

    The thing about professionals, they need data. If someone drops a possible ASD diagnosis on them after years of seeing them, they become skeptical. Now if your consistent they will believe you.
