    I've gotten better at making eye contact. I used to struggle with it a lot, but now I find it much easier.

    I think ADD and ADHD can definitely be linked to Asperger's/Autism. I myself might have symptoms of ADHD

    I'm trying to spend less time on social media and more time around other people. I certainly don't want to isolate myself...sometimes it can be hard to put myself out there though.

    This is very insightful. Sometimes I feel unsure of what to say in conversations. I have gotten better at not being afraid to go up and talk to people, but it can be daunting in large groups.

    In what areas does social anxiety/phobia, affect you?

    When it comes to social anxiety for me, I get anxious right before an event because I don't know what to expect. It is always the fear of the unknown that freaks me out. New things can be challenging for me. But once I experience something, it is not as terrifying.

    Introduction

    Hello, My name is Beverly Kamin. I am a 24 year old female. I was diagnosed with Fragile X syndrome when I was very little. It includes some characteristics of autism, the main one for me being anxiety. I am looking forward to meeting new people in this group and maybe getting some resources too.
