    Co workers....

I'd say just be sure to read up on your workplace standards. Where I work and live, coworker relationships are totally expected, and so it's acceptable. It's like a 'thing' that I've chosen to opt out of. Each season someone new.

New and debating whether to be assessed for HFA

If my son was doing really well, I'd not give it a second thought, but he's not. My oldest daughter is also having a difficult time. They may not want to get a professional diagnosis, but if I find that I am HFA, I'd want them to at least know, so that if at some point they wanted to confirm...

New and debating whether to be assessed for HFA

Hi everyone. I just found this forum - mostly out of loneliness. I've been on WrongPlanet for years. On paper, I fit HFA, and when I take the tests online, I tend to be borderline. Having said that though, I think most of my normalcy has been earned. I've spent most of my adult life reading...

    Can't Connect to People

Yes - I also have this problem. It's one of the main reasons I think I'm HFA - I don't connect to things or people. That is to say, I don't 'miss' them. I tend to be in the in the moment, which can be very enjoyable, but once I move on to a new situation, the past is not forgotten, but...
