Living with aspergers and rapid cycle bipolar

Imagine having moods that change every 2-4 hrs so 4-6 times daily. The moods create heavenly ecstasy, severe
to moderate depression, anxiety, severe tiredness, deep brain fog, irritability and so much more in any imaginable
combination. Days off make it much easier since you can let it flow without constant mindful restraint.
Work is a much different story if depressed you have to hide it and some how muster the strength to fulfill your duties made even more difficult if you have brain fog and/or anxiety on top of it. I have to quiet (calm) my mind
deeply so as to focus only on the work until these painfully hard symptoms pass. The energy during a hyper state
is not really fully useable energy since it is hard to focus often causing anxiety or at least distraction.
There is at least for me a slight warning prior to a mood change which is an ultra quick drop in energy making you feel like you just worked an 80 hr week and soon perish without sleep. This is only the bipolar side of things
so far now add the aspergers symptoms. (to be continued)
