Hi all yes a year older, I've never been on 'forums' before and it was just before the Pandemic that i found this one, i wanted to share that being on here gave me the strength to make big changes in my life........... quit my job and end a relationship with my live in boyfriend.
I have followed many of your advice and links to aspects of Autism that affect my life and that has given me degrees of understanding and self acceptance so thank-you all for sharing my life and yours and providing a place for me to share, moan and feel connected to people. it's certainly had a 'knock on' effect to all aspects of my life the most important being my ability to challenge people's biase and perceptions and not sink into anxiety and depression.
