Changing My Username - A Thought

i was told by a friend back home that I should not reveal too much of my real name anymore, and he suggested changing my Twitter, Facebook and all these sorts of account numbers, even emails too.

Though I am ok using my name, he sounded so persuasive that I feel a bit coerced to change all my usernames, etc. Because my own autism data had been leaked by my high school, I had not been successful while applying for jobs that I liked in the government sector (i.e. teaching, internships etc). I am sure my identity is safe here, but I am considering changing my username just in case.

I am about to change my name to Magpierox or something like that, because I like everything black, white and Newcastle. Just considering.
