Generator Land: A Guide to Rational Living

Title: A Guide to Rational Living
Descriptor: these ideas are irrational
Button: courtesy Albert Ellis

Background: minimalist, [white]....non-fiction

Format:
one slot pop up
Statements taken from A Guide to Rational Living, by Albert Ellis.

Sample of Results:
There is invariably a right, precise & perfect solution to human problems
and it is awful if this perfect solution is not found.

Emotional disturbance is mainly externally caused
and people have little or no ability to increase or decrease their dysfunctional feelings and behaviors.

One cannot and must not face life's responsibilities and difficulties and it is easier to avoid them.

Concept:
The Title is the name of a book.
The Descriptor explains what the content of the generator will be.
The Button gives credit to the writer of the book.
The idea is to present 11 irrational ideas that cause difficulty in a person's life.

I rated this 5 stars, for the content.

I am thinking about making another version but using first person statements.
This statement, for example:
"It is a dire necessity for adult humans to be loved or approved by virtually every significant other person in their community."
can be rewritten as:
" I must have love or approval from all the significant people in my life."
