Would this PC run Unity for game development/3D modelling?

This is the PC I'm looking at.

Would it be powerful enough for development/animation/3D modelling needs?
 
I wouldn't recommend it. 2 GB is very little RAM and 32GB is very little storage to have software installed, and to create content you would like to create.
