Work Experience

I stared my new work experience at college today. I will be helping the school library one hour a week where I will be organizing and covering books.

It may only be an hour a week and I may be having a member of staff come with me but this a big deal for me and I'm feeling really proud.

That's great to hear!
1 hour is nice, it's better to start slow and see if you can later increase your hours (if that's a possibility for them), than starting big with the greatest intentions, and then collapsing under the pressure.
Wishing you much luck and success in the library!

It may be possible in the future. The collage thought it may be better to start slow, since work experience is making me anxious.

I may also be doing an hour at the primary school to read with the kids.

Well done.

An hour's not really long enough though, when you get into it and get busy, the hour will have passed just as you're starting to enjoy it.
