What was the last thing you cooked?

Meatloaf burgers on toasted potato bread buns. Little mayo on the bottom, ketchup on the top, melted swiss cheese, with black peppers as well. I used mostly stovetop dressing and some Italian seasoned breadcrumbs for the filler/binder along with some crushed chili's and a basic bbq sauce. Best burgers I've had in ages. This is the culmination of about six months of tinkering with meatloaf recipes on the weekend. It is an underrated and versatile culinary dish. Meatloaf that is.
