what should i do

So it's a normal practice to prescribe antidepressants for chronic pain. I wonder why I've never heard of it. I have chronic pain, and I'm on anti-depressants. Doesn't work for me!

Your statement about all of the shooters being on antidepressants can have many interpretations. I'm not necessarily arguing with you, but it's worth reconsidering your knee-jerk assumption on what the facts imply.

I'm not a friend of Big Pharma. I've tried their drugs before, and some of them had nasty side effects. Swollen feet, visual migraine. They did nothing for mood.

I dabbled a bit hard with drugs and when hard stress hit, I hit hard drugs, and am detoxing off diazepam, probably one of the most dangerous drugs out there.

Heroin's bad enough but it doesn't affect internal systems like Diazepam, you can't just come off it without nasty withdrawals.

I even want to get off my hrt.

All in good time.

I have been thinking about bipolar as my brother has it, a friend has it, I know there are two types.

Conventional allopathic medicine throws drugs at it.

To me, mental illness is a spiritual disease, or dis-ease. I am borderline personality disorder, probably from masking my identity due to obscure traits I now know to be Asperger's.

I like to take a more eastern approach, and Western non medicine, I am looking into bodywork.

Got to disagree there is a form of depression purely from physical exhaustion .

Do you live in a place where medical marijuana is?
I do but it effects me differently from when i smoked in my late teens, All i get now is extremely paranoid and Anxiety beyond comprehension. My heart starts to race so fast and i cant get it to stop to the point where i called the police on myself because i was sure i was gonna die. Its horrible so i cant use it anymore like i used to sadly.
