What Is Your Favourite Ice Cream Flavour?

Cinnamon Gelato from a quaint little family owned and operated Italian ice cream shop in Amsterdam!!!!!! Worth the plane ticket..:-)
 
As a trained pastrycheff I make my own icecream.
I wish I could let your taste some, all of them are with fresh ingredients.
 
Vanilla icecream, because I can add stuff. Some days I want chocolate syrup, sometimes butterscotch, sometimes just vanilla icecream. On a rare occasion I want sprinkles and nuts.

Second favorite is strawberry.
 
Depends on my mood. If not in the mood for a strong flavour, vanilla. If in the mood, maple walnut. :mapleleaf:

Never tried ice cream with baileys before, but it sounds amazing!

Vanilla is also a favourite for this same reason. Vanilla with real vanilla bean (and not just flavouring) is ten times more amazing too - if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!

When eating ice cream on it's own though, my current favourite flavour is salted peanut butter, with caramel swirl (addition of chocolate sauce optional), though there are so many good flavours out there, and what tastes good tends to change with my mood. I would like to pay tribute to some of the following as well:

Raw cookie dough, caramel, butterscotch, lime, meringue, pistachio, and many, many more. I also love "Splice" or "Gaytime" (two ice creams I feel are very often under-rated).

I love so many! Especially the ones that I make myself!

Ginger coconut
Salt with caramel
Caramel with brownie bits
Red bean
Coconut (made with real coconut milk)
Even just plain salt ice cream is awesome
