I had made a post recently venting my frustration with not knowing how to stay happy. There was a lot of great stuff people brought up but the user JayLapinte brought up the idea of journaling and its not the first time hearing it. Every therapist who has told me to try journaling I would always end hating it but for some strange reason I tried again because of this comment and..... I LOVE IT!! It's so weird my whole life I hated writing having terrible penmanship, really bad speller, and my grammer. The thing that brought me so much stress is now making me happy and excited so much that I want an expensive pen.

I guess I was being a little dramatic in my last post (┬┬﹏┬┬) thanks anyways for the replies really glad this place exists I don't have a lot of people I can talk too plz keep on living.
