The Gut-Brain Thing

While I wouldn't discount that there is a gut-brain connection, that article was written with "click bait" level information and written in a way that sounds scientific even though they're only seeding their particular beliefs and agenda with very shallow bits of "science."

For instance, I believe gluten sensitivity is a thing. But do I believe that there are legions of people out there with undiagnosed celiac disease? Nope. Some, maybe, but it's not an epidemic. Nor do I really believe bone broth and kombucha are universal curatives.
