Some people with Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders can live in different realities and can have some self-awareness about their mental health.
 
So very interesting. Do you feel you float in and out of those distinct areas? Do you notice the transition to the delusional world? I have noticed that you seem quick to observe your shift in thinking. That's crucial for staying accountable to yourself.

Yes, but it is hard for me to understand reality, as I mix between fantasies and reality, but I don't have anosognosia.
