Strength Finder

Have you heard of the Gallup Strength Finder? My adult education class just took the poll to find our top five strengths. It's amazing what my strengths are. My best one turned out to be discipline because I like routine and order.

I profiled a functional group on StrengthFinders. Ironically, although I wasn't a part of the group, I probably should have been. Eventually I wrote a paper on the advantages of using the tool as an approach to situational staffing rather than permanent hiring. Neat stuff.
