Do you know some strange fact you'd like to share?



The latest thing I've seen, was on David Attenborough's Planet Earth (Jungles) documentary.

In this clip, he talks about a variety of fungi, which releases spores, which infect insects (such as ants), and mind controls them to climb up and seek sunlight. Afterwards, the insect dies, and the fungi grows in it's place. Apparently some ants are smart enough to know what's going on, that they will remove the body from the scene, as the new fungi will surely create more victims.
