As my stim I like to chew and particularly chew gum (because of the peppermint flavour). They've discontinued my brand of chewing gum and revamped it with new ingredients. This new one makes me feel really sick but I can't cope with my everyday anxiety without chewing gum so what else can I chew ????

I wonder... have you looked into flavorless gums? I never thought about it but maybe someone has a gum wax for chewing but with no flavor.
You know those old fashioned wax soda bottles with just a little bit of flavor juice in them? The kind that you can find at candy stores and Cracker Barrels? You can chew on that wax for a while and regulate the flavor as needed.

Ever thought about beef jerky? I know it's not the same as gum but it chews for a while too. Get a good brand and a single piece will chew for half an hour. And it's far more healthy than sugary gums.

Oh! And Tootsie Rolls! You like chocolate? Chew on those!
