She plays both Nurse Chapel on TOS and also on TNG she is Deanna Troi's awful mother. And on the pilot of TOS, she actually plays a really cool character. Also she does the voice for the computer on TNG, VOY, and DS9.

In my family we make fun of her name by saying "They call her B'etor because she could have been beautiful, but she chose to be Skeletor".
