Son and I had a talk tonight

Youngest son and I had a talk tonight and he is looking toward to it, work in the shop area at the towing yard I co own with my two older brothers. I already had the talk with my brothers about it and they are on board with it. We have the right employee to work with him, his name is Tim and he has autism. Hired him a month ago and had a talk with him on this as well. Said he is for it, he likes to mentor and help kids with Asperger's and autism mentoring them. He does encourage them and I see being good to him teaching him how to work on them. Good thing is my youngest son is a quick learner putting the full effort into it soaking the info in for being a 15 year old. Going to start next week Monday after school

That's a perfect age for the lad to start learning a trade, I used to train apprentices many years ago. At that age they still learn things fast, it's only a few years down the track and he'll have other things on his mind and will be nowhere near as focused.
