Singing Tesla Coil

William Weiler

Ad Astra
I have to have one. Professional ones start at $2300 but maybe a cheaper DIY one will work. I wonder how dangerous they are. Doing it safely is a must, but really requires a lot of learning.
(These are much more expensive than the one I would get). OMG, this is so awesome.

There are several youtube videos on how to do them. I have never done one, but they look awesome.

As far as I understand their behavior, a tesla coil is based in a resonating frecuency and 2 coils, one that induces voltaje on the other; to make them play music I would think the frequency is changing over time matching musical notes.
