RIP Glen Campbell

My mother had Glen Campbell recordings.
She let me use them when I was writing
term papers. I played them over & over
while I was writing.

I liked them because I could be by myself
without being "all alone, alone."

I hate to see that. All of the true country singers are gone. Waylon, the Hag, no show Jones. There will never be the same feeling in music again.

There's a few good ones left, Kenny Rogers is still with us, and Tammy Wynette, they're getting on a bit, but they're not 6 feet under just yet.
