Yes, a missing word. I just think the answer I had may fit slightly better. It can be debatable perhaps though. A river may race in that context, yes.

I will give you a winner regardless, for that race answer, as it fits in the same ways mine does, and as both will satisfy the lines.

Just waiting a few more minutes first to see if some final guesses before I give the answer.

The answer I was looking for was run:

Riddle explanation:

A fast speed I go ( run)
I may enter this, or ____ ( run ie. for office (like in politics))
I am on the go (on the run)
so let me flow (a river/stream runs/flows etc.)

Will give @Boogs the winner though as his answer fit for all clues and was great and fundamentally sound and right too.
 
Well, it may have fit but it wasn't the right answer, so I feel a bit uncertain to being a winner -
is there anyone else has a riddle ready (or wants to knock one up quickly)?

Riddle explanation:

I am not that smart
as I am never right. (left is the opposite of right)
I am not dumb though,
as I am never wrong. (left can't be dumb or wrong in a human sense)
I may no longer be here or there (ie. If a person left, it will not be here or there)
but I do exist. (ie. An item that is left will exist and remain and be anywhere. )

Anyway, thanks to all in this thread for the riddles and @FayetheAspie for creating this thread. It helped me try to relax more and be more creative. I enjoyed all of your riddles too! I will be taking a long break from the internet and support groups while I get important things done here. Hopefully when I return in a year or so I will have some good news to share to the forum. If not, at least I left on my own terms.

The above is a puzzle in itself, yet only I and the future will determine its answer. Have fun, and keep creating, learning and supporting. The forum helped me a lot. Thanks.

I will think of something that fits part of it, but it seems like there is always at least one line that doesn't fit.🤔
 
I had thought of mirage or hallucination for the first line but the next line don't fit.

I have maybe 24 hours before I have to wrap this one up - then I am catching a plane to Vietnam. Sorry, but it’s my dream to keep travelling the world.

@FayetheAspie, you picked up on the clue! I trust you see how “dream” fits all the lines - maybe a bit tricky with “If you hear me, you’re not aware” but if you hear something in a dream, you’re asleep = “not aware.” And if I told you it came from your mind, that would be a big hint.

Other clues were: I mentioned “my dream”, those who do remember the Everly Brothers will also remember their big hit “All I Have to Do is Dream”, and you may have been able to complete Hamlet’s “to sleep, perchance to dream.”
 
The music group part, I am not familiar with. The second line in the original riddle did have me stumped a bit, but your explanation makes sense.

In reality your dwelling place and I both turn around.
