2022, Michelle Thomson MSP, caused controversy by wearing a white poppy with a "Yes!" logo in the middle. I understand and agree that action was “tacky and tasteless". After this happening, I wonder why the BBC have allowed Katherine Ryan to modify the middle of her poppy on have I got New for you?
