Recommended Books about Asperger's/AS?

If you were to put together a reading list of the most useful Asperger's/AS-related books, what would be on it? The only ones I've read so far are Look Me in the Eye by John Elder Robison (recommended to me by the psychiatrist who diagnosed me) and The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome by Tony Atwood. I thought both were good, but I would particularly recommend the second book. There were long sections of it that I just kind of skimmed (particularly the parts about children with Aspgerger's), but I thought that there was a lot of useful information in there.

Both books have bibliographies that list several other Asperger's/AS related books, but I was wondering if there are any good books that came out too recently to be included in those bibliographies.

I haven't read anything by Temple Grandin, but I did see the HBO movie, which I thought was pretty good.

I don't have Asperger's Syndrome, but some books I purchased for my boyfriend (soon to be diagnosed Asperger's Syndrome) and read are "Solutions for Adults with Asperger's Syndrome: Maximizing the Benefits, Minimizing the Drawbacks to Achieve Success," and "Atypical" by Jesse Saperstein. I especially liked "Look Me in the Eye" by Robison and Temple Grandin's "Thinking in pictures : and Other Reports from My Life with Autism." Tony Attwood's guide to Asperger's Syndrome was incredibly detailed and comprehensive. I'm still find more books on AS to read, and as I find more that I think are exceptionally good, I will make sure to mention them in this thread. :)

Another volume is coming out from Yen Press soon (the site says "coming September 2010," but I don't know if it's actually out yet):

I don't know if that's the last volume or not. Unfortunately, the author died earlier this year and the series was left uncompleted.

The 7th volume is released, so I believe they are talking about volume 8. I am so sad that this series will never be finished! :'( It was so inspiring. :)

I just finished Aspergirls by Rudy Simone, I liked it alot, it every paragraph pretty much seemed to say something about me. The woman who wrote it has AS herself. Its specifically for females with asperger's or their families.

I'll have to check it out! My mom and I are looking for another book to read together and I'm sure she'll be interested in this title.

I'm right in the middle of Aspergirls and I love it so far! It's short, easy to read, and yet very informative.

I also read "22 Things a Woman with Asperger's Syndrome Wants Her Partner to Know", also by Rudy Simone. I thought it was really good. I read it to decide if I was going to get it for my boyfriend, and I'm currently searching for a copy for him(mine is on my kindle). It's very informative and she gives good advice, I think.
