Yikes.I get stuck in recliners. They tip back and I'm not able to touch the floor or get enough kinetic energy to tip it forward again. I end up having to climb over the side to get out...thusly, all of our seating is non-tippy.

And after reading a little bit more...this is apparently a morris chair. It belonged to my great grandpa on my mom's mother's side. Grandma refinished it and had it in the corner of her office as long as I can remember. I got it when I moved after I finished my MFA.
