But seriously:
There is a discussion presently about NZ becoming part of Australia. Have you heard about that?
 
That's not going to happen. Just a silly rumour. Australia's busy working on kicking us out, they're getting strict on their immigration laws. Deporting the 501s.
Also New Zealand is planning on becoming a republic. That was always the plan when the Queen died. We're in no hurry to do anything about it though.

I read one post at a time and reply if I am interested.

Aunty mentioned she was a Kiwi after I responded to her earlier post.
I then missed the post where Aunty clarified what country she was from because we were both online, and I jumped to the new post notification. ;)
