Quiz that distinguishes between Autistic and HSP

I learned about HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons) about 10 years ago. They are on the neurodivergent spectrum, but not considered Autistic. Being an HSP doesn't make you on the ASD spectrum, but a person with ASD can have these traits.

I found a quiz that helps to distinguish between the two. It's just one test. Not for diagnosis. It is just helpful for both those on the ASD spectrum and those on the HSP trait to see how it manifests.

Here is the quiz.
