Question About Finding Jobs

I was wondering if anyone has information about agencies that help people with Aspergers/Mild Autism find jobs. I live in Richmond, Virginia. Does anyone know of any angencies in that city? I know it can be very difficult for people with this disorder to function well around people and gain employment. I was thinking if there was a network where companies agree to hire people like us?

I can't speak for Virginia, but most states have "vocational rehabilitation services," whose purpose is to help people prepare for and find employment. I was referred to mine by the Social Security disabilities office, but if I understand correctly, they serve the general population as well. Here in Tennessee there's an office in every county. I have a wonderful and helpful case worker who's been helping me with the process of getting into vocational training. If you can find an office in your area, I would go to them first.
