So i think i'm gonna start posting some questions of the day on here, especially since i really enjoy hearing people's opinions and stories, and i often have a bunch of random questions flooding my brain so i feel like this'll be a cool little thing to start

Q: what is a hot take you feel like less people should judge you for thinking, and why?

I don't really understand the question. :D

No offense, I do mean this in the kindest way possible. But this question sounds very much like A.I.

If you have a question, you can just ask. You don't have to generate one from A.I.

Aspies don't do small talk very well at all. In fact I don't understand your question.

It's a huge reason I don't use A.I., because it asks questions and phrases answers in ways i do not understand.

If you're going to ask a question, please ask about something physical and tangible please? Or give an example of a situation relating to the question before asking the question. That way aspies can understand, and are much more likely to respond.

Because I have no idea what a hot take that less people should judge even means. And it sort of physically hurts to wrap my brain around that. Maybe it's just me. I often suspect I'm autism 2 in some ways.
in my opinion ai is absolutely garbage. i hate it and think it's lifeless soulless slop and anyone who ACTUALLY uses it sucks. It's not only horrible for the environment but completely ruins actual people's works by stealing it and training off of it, be it art or literally any other kind of medium it can find. i actually think we should take a water hose to EVERY ai programs' servers and cause mass malfunctions, forcing the corporate morons using ai for their big billion-dollar platforms to shut it all down for the greater good.

that said, no this question is not ai. again i'm just asking random questions that are on my mind and i've actually never been the best at explaining things or putting things into words through my mind so it sometimes doesn't end up sounding right coming out into physical words or even on paper or typed out. heck, sometimes i can't get it out at all and just give up or can't speak.
idk why, i've always had trouble communicating things in that way though. It took a while to write down even my symptoms for what mental disorder i might have because i didn't know how to explain them or word them or anything. it's like there's this stubborn wall in my mind keeping me from properly forming a thought so that it can come out in a clear and understandable way.
it's honestly always frustrated me and i'm sorry for the miscommunication.

i guess what i meant was if you have a hot take, which is basically like me saying "i think chocolate sucks", when a lot of people like chocolate and would disagree heavily. i was asking people for their hot takes that they feel like shouldn't have as many people disagreeing with them on it as they do.

for example, my hot take is that dandelions (the yellow ones) aren't just useless weeds that should be mowed over, BECAUSE.. not only are they absolutely gorgeous, every part of the dandelion can be consumed in some way AND have health benefits!! they aren't that helpful to insects that pollinate since they aren't very nutritious, and it would be better to plant native flowers for bees and whatnot, but still- EDIBLE!! HEALTH BENEFITS!! and they also make very pretty flower crowns, i do recommend doing that if you have the chance.
case in point if i ever have to mow i'll first be foraging the dandelions, and THEN... i'll mow the grass.

anyways yeah, that's basically what the question meant. really sorry again, i should have specified more but again i kinda suck at communicating so that's my bad. have a good day!!

also i would have replied sooner, but the website is quite laggy on a mobile device so i had to use my notes app to write the reply and then paste it here. it literally sometimes won't let me lock my device back to the lock screen from a super bad lag spike

I don't care if people judge me, it's something all people are all doing all the time anyway. However, I often use their reactions to judge them.

....for example, my hot take is that dandelions (the yellow ones) aren't just useless weeds that should be mowed over...
In Britain some people make wine from dandelions.

Could you define "hot take?" What would be a warm take, a cool take, or a cold take? How about a hot ignore or a hot deposit?

Doesn't enter my mind. I am perfectly comfortable in my skin. I know I am different...and frankly happy that I don't think like neurotypicals... so their opinions carry no weight with me.

hot take

Hot take - Wikipedia

Based on the given example, I think the question was: "What is a casual thing you see from different, opposing angle compared to other people's point of view?" For example, to most people dandelions are just weeds, but they actually have their uses (btw. you can make a soup from them).

I can't right now think any specific example of mine that I would dare to say out loud without a fear of triggering anyone 😉. But I often see a lot of irony, or paradoxes, or dark sides in things, and I feel that it is better not to point it out as others won't see the same joke that I see. Sometimes I am right, sometimes I am just being too cautious.

heck, sometimes i can't get it out at all and just give up or can't speak.
In addition of mutism, translating thoughts to a spoken / written form is like trying to talk in some space alien language? Some people here suffer from that. Some more than others. Comes with the territory (=neurodiversity, in this context).

So "hot takes" are basically opinions?

"an opinion that is likely to cause controversy or is unpopular"

I think I get it.
Like I don't have a smart phone and don't want one. Talk and text is enough for me. It's something others don't understand.
Look at a room full of people sitting around and everyone is fiddling with a smart phone. They can't even put them down long enough to eat in a restaurant.
I see people that run into things walking because they are looking at their phone instead of where they are going.🦖 Yeah, I'm a dinosaur.
