problems dealing with legal system

@Lemon Zing

I appreciate the gesture, but I don't need to know the details. Perhaps better delete or modify that post?

(PS - And ask Judge to delete his. IMO he's right to raise the security issue: it's barely possible for a web site like this to be fully secure - I always assume everything I type is available to any Government)

Better yet for the OP to respectfully ask the mods to delete the entire thread.

If someone is willing to publicly solicit help over such an issue, it can't realistically be addressed if the OP presents only bits and pieces of their situation. And that in fact if they are truly concerned about self-incrimination, they shouldn't be posting anything on any public forum or where search engines will so quickly harvest their data. Apart from law enforcement or prosecutors who may be searching for anything they can relative to their cases. "Due diligence" goes a lot further in these times.

Never mind....too late. The thread has already been harvested to search engines.

I haven't actually named anybody, however.

In fact, users cast up things like this on other forums. But maybe those sites are more suited to the subject matter, I guess.

Doesn't really matter. If you hit on the right key words, a search engine can "spill its guts". Most searches start broadly, then get narrower if they get close to someone in question.

Though in this case, I suspect the stakes in this instance aren't worthy of such due diligence. But they might be, depending on what you may haven't mentioned. At the very least you have to be careful about approaching any non-professional online over legal matters.

A few hours ago, I sent you links to YouTube videos, where I was talking to a guy from a hotline about all of the court stuff, but the creep from Western Australia is mentioned as well.

As you know, I had to unlist them because of the troll in question incessantly bugging me. He usually subscribes to my channels once he finds them, so please be discreet and do not publicly share these.

Thank you.
