Petition: #FreeSharisa

Petition Here

The details of the situation are on the petition page, but in short, Sharisa was forced into a nursing home because of a suspicion of abuse, and she was denied her rights at almost every turn. She has autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy, and that is their excuse for making choices for her. She is not just some random person out there, she's a highly respected advocate for autism, and has held honors in numerous things. But she needs people she can trust where she is right now.

Please, sign the petition and help Sharisa speak out and do what she wants to do, rather than be forced into a situation governed by the state (government).

(apologies if this was posted somewhere and I didn't see it, I saw the story and did everything I could, as fast as I could, to share it)
