NEED ADVICE

I don't know very much about the situation, but I certainly wouldn't go back to that restaurant.😳

Maybe try another restaurant. Just ignore haters. Try to come up with some hobbies to keep yourself happy. If you feel you are being persecuted, it's important you get in for counseling. Have you thought about this?

If you're an American, such a scenario can be legally tricky depending on a number of things. Arbitrary discrimination laws vary from one state to another. And they generally reflect civil law- not criminal infractions.

If you were disruptive and/or hallucinating due to a lack or use of a particular medication, it may be more than enough to support a proprietor's right to refuse you service.

If so, probably the most pragmatic thing to do is just to peacefully leave the premises and seek out another place to eat. Litigating matters whether you are in the right or not can be a costly venture in general.

Well now some , 18 years ago. Was at a husband with my late hubby. And stopped a newish Bistro that opened in a smaller town. And it came with Pesto sauce ..and the staff caused me to think something was off . And thought the Pesto tasted off. Metallic.Never been allergic to anyone of the ingrediants in Pesto .. Been eating it for years . By the time we got back to our some 18 miles away . And ,have had a bit of nursing experience . So when my tongue started to feel tingley. ( Sparkely) . Then thiught it might have been some of the way the dish,I had ordered had been seasoned . Then the tongue just barely started to swell. And the throat felt alittle inflammed. And started to think, there had to be some contaminated food. But I remember the look on the face of the person ,who served it to us. It was a look of hate or extreme disdain . ? Decided to note it. But not react, as I wanted to enjoy a meal out with late hubby. Boy wish,I had not done that. As the swelling in my throat and my tongue continued to swell . We called 911. And the side effects were getting bad.Of what I could only figure to be poisoning with the cleaning fluid that they would use to clean their giant cooktop range hood.. Hence the metallic taste. SoI had a inhaler with ephedrine and some benedryl pills. Ambulance came late. So as we were leaving ambulance arrived ,I was already laying down in our station wagon.Ambulance drivers tried to argue with my husband but we knew better, time was urgent. We just left ambulance, hubby drove another 14 miles to the hospitall at 100 mph + We made it as my throat was completely closing.

They just asked which restaurant it was, I told them. It took them almost 2 weeks to close them down ...( Insert frowney face here ).. TY for asking
