my parents dont believe in me

Speaking as someone who is diagnosed with schizophrenia in addition to autism, I can tell you that you're exeriencing classic delusional thinking. This is a common feature of several mental illnesses and usually gets worse without treatment. I strongly suggest sharing this with doctors or trusted adults if you are a minor and getting help for it. The more immediately people with delusions seek treatment, the better their prognosis is over the long run.

I agree with velociraptor that your sensations of spirits in your testicles could be the result of schizophrenia.

It could also be a symptom of some other problem that could also be serious.

In either case, you need to see a good doctor sooner rather than later. Regardless of whether or not your parents believe you.

An illustration: when I was working in the ER a young woman came in complaining there were mice running around in her belly. The doctor was ready to ship her off to the psychiatric hospital when a nurse decided to do a pregnancy test. Yep. She was pregnant.
 
If your parents refuse to bring you in, you may need to talk to a nurse at your school and ask if there is a therapist center that they can suggest for you. I am sorry that your parents don't take you seriously, it's good you felt comfortable to discuss it here. It's okay to ask for assistance.

That sounds like an upsetting experience made even more difficult by your parents' reaction.

How long have been experiencing this for?

Is there anything you can think of that helps you when you start thinking about the spirits?
 
My partner said you should be seen by a doctor so to rule out a pathology (abnormality) with your testicles that may cause you to think that.
