My kitchen in stages. What we can accomplish when we want.

Ok. Obviously the first picture is when I first moved in. :)
In the second picture - basement walls are cinderblock and concrete so it's hard to do anything to the walls - like nail. I textured the walls and I used some construction glue stuff to stick the molding on the walls. I was proud of my desk. I found an old buffet that I liked because the top drawers had an old lock on them (which I did find a skeleton key that fit). Anyhow, turned it into my desk and the pillow is where my dog usually lays. Don't mind the kids - an overnight with Memaw. :)
Last picture - my son had made me the small bar and I recovered the chair. I put the self stick tiles down a small section at a time.
Which picture is the buffet (sideboard I think I'm right as it's known ) in the UK.:)
I'm not au fait with all the terms for furniture .

Picture with the kids - on the right in the picture is what is now my desk. I'm not really sure what it WAS - there were two large drawers under the top two small ones. I do know it's exactly what I was looking for to turn into my desk. :)
