My youngest is 1.5 & my oldest is 3.5-- She's not a typical aspie as she doesn't get over stimulated very easily and loud noises don't bother her. In fact she loves music and singing. I am 24 and her father is 27. I am here to gain support and tips from others to better understand her needs and how to lift her up.
 
Hi. Welcome to the community. I'm also new here. I'm 21 and a college student. I was diagnosed two years ago. I think that sometimes Aspies react differently to different sounds. Your daughter's love for music could still be related to Asperger's Syndrome. Sometimes Aspie's like a stimulation a lot, instead of hating it. The main thing is that there's an intense reaction to it. Are both of your children on the spectrum or just your oldest?
