I’m Michelle, a late-diagnosed Autistic (and ADHD) woman. Finally discovering my neurotype later in life has been both a relief and a challenge, and I’m still learning what it means day by day.

I’m also a therapist who works a lot with neurodivergent folks, so being here feels like a place where I can connect both personally and meaningfully. I’m really looking forward to hearing your stories and sharing experiences together.

Hi @chellebean, welcome! I've only been here a week or so, and already have found this is a wonderful place to be. Good supportive atmosphere, and a great diversity of people and experiences and thoughts.
