Meltdowns and art therapy.

This is some wire work I completed when considering past meltdowns. At the time of a meltdown it feels like my world explodes and nothing will ever be the same. Some things do change. My last meltdown was at a family Christmas dinner 😣. Not great. My little art reflection helped me understand that things will become more normal again. Calm down with time. For me it can be a week or more.

Thanks. I needed to look up superate thou.

Superate
1. to overcome; surmount
2. to rise above or go beyond; surpass

Don’t think I can ever completely overcome them . Just manage things a bit better.
