Hi, thank you so much! Yeah, it's been quite a journey but I'm just so grateful for being where I'm at today in life. The longer I stay clean and the more changes I make, the more I learn about who I truly am. I never knew that I could possibly begin to love myself! It's such a deep feeling that I'll never get from getting high and now that I've experienced this self-love, there's no going back! Also, now since I have the answer to why I am the way I am, that in itself is so rewarding! I will definitely use this website in every possible way that could help me because let's admit it, everyone needs all the help they can get, lol! Happy New Year and take care!!!Greetings @Kathleen Casiano! You sound awesome, and I'm really glad you are figuring yourself out. I really believe understanding yourself is the most important step you can take in dealing with serious psychological problems (I'm talking about self harm and depression not asperger's, so that's absolutely clear). I"m certain you can use what you have learned in understanding yourself to help others, as I also believe some outside support is crucial to stay out of bad habits and harmful psychological spirals. This forum is that support for a lot of us.
Is that you on the profile picture? I really like the hair. For want of a better description, it looks East Asian. Are you into culture and/or media from that region of the world? I hope you'll stick around and that the evaluation goes well.
