Lost everything

Lost my marriage...home..everything. never been on my own or done bills orsnything...im scared to death or anything...im a horrible human bejng who only cares about his own safety.

Ended up stopping trafic on a motorway as was ready to just end it.

oh man, please try to be strong and don't do anything, when stuff like this happens, the worst you can do is rush to make decisions, just stay put, as best as you can, storms tend to get less violent over time, no need to rush things.
I think things can get better.

This makes perfect sense and if you do not feel safe, it can be the only thing that matters. Humans cannot function unless they have some semblance of a feeling of safety. Physical and psychological safety. This does not make you a horrible human being

Safety is a very important need. However l do wonder why so many of us have to struggle so much for so many years. Like what is the point of all of this. But if we leave life, then we never will find out anything more so l need to hang around just to see if it's a trick ending. Seriously, this is exactly how my mind thinks. You may change your mind and decide something else is important, then feel better. Sorry about you losing things and people that may have been dear to you. Can you think of a plan at this point to help you move forward?
