Yep, that is the sole purpose of this thread.

We can play a wide variety of games for the 360 and the One since between those two consoles, I own around 1,600 games.

I prefer co-op campaign modes, personally.

If we can get something like a 4-player Borderlands session going from the very start of the game, that would be amazing.
