Loading problem

I am posting this for Dustman, he has been having a problem loading the website for a while, he keeps thinking that perhaps someone has a problem with him and doesn't want him around. He has tried the "Contact Us" to see if the problem can be fixed and tried PMing a mod, he has tried clearing his browser history. I am not sure if he is talking about his cache or what but it has been like this for nearly 3 weeks.
