List just one thing you did today

Found some wild crabapple trees on our land with little apples the size of my thumbnail. The birds and critters have eaten most of them, but I cut a few branches and put them in a wood vase my father turned on the lathe decades ago. It makes a nice, autumn, foraged arrangement.

Forgot to post yesterday, but I got in a 21,000 step walk in the evening wearing a 20 kg pack. Today I tossed a pot roast on the stove and am thinking of another 10,000 steps while it cooks.

I learned from my Mama how to make a pecan pie from scratch including making the crust from scratch. We are making two pies. She made one crust and then let me make the next one. We made the batter that was poured into both together

Tried a different shampoo product because the one I was using was starting to irritate my scalp. This newer product is helping with that quite a bit.

Shoveled 7 walks so far. More after work (Snow Angels program).

Edit: Make that 17 homes. 5 of them hard large driveways and now my arms are sore. Arf.
