List just one thing you did today

I attacked the yellow jackets that were parked by a door of my neighbor, and living under a grill shelf, who caused her more anxiety, she already suffers from anxiety. :(
I was frightened, but it's done. :)

laundry (time is not really a thing for me and stairs are not my friends anymore so always an accomplishment for me)

Thought I locked myself out of my house, frantically looked for keys, found them in unexpected place: eaten by my car.

I binge watched Jacque Pepin's "Fast Food My Way" and "More Fast Food" cooking shows on PBS while I did the ironing and then made a shrimp curry for dinner. I've been experimenting with Indian foods and spices lately and found that I love the flavor of fenugreek seeds.

Fenugreek seeds taste wonderful. Indians use a mix of fenugreek, tiny candy (like the sprinkles we put on cakes), and other spices as an after dinner way to clear the palate.

I have found fenugreek seeds to lose their flavor rather quickly, so always buy fresh.

The Indian food store sells only the dried seeds, but I looked up how to grow fenugreek. I can grow it here in Mississippi and it likes full sun and well-drained soil. I'll save some of the seeds and plant them in early spring to see if I can get them to sprout.

I have grown coriander (cilantro) for many years, let them to bolt and reseed themselves all over the garden and flower bed. Same thing for dill and even parsley. I'm always so happy to see the baby cilantro, dill and parsley plants coming up in early spring.

But I keep killing the sage. I think I'm overwatering it. :(

l released that l didn't need to connect with hurtful family members anymore.
I wrote a letter to an autismforums.com friend this afternoon!
