List just one thing you did today

Drove to town for a hearing aid adjustment. These things are amazing. They can be controlled with an iPhone app and the doctor can even do remote control. In theory, over time, they can be adjusted and my tinnitus will go away.
 
Made dough for French baguettes this morning. It is rising now. I'll form the baguettes when the dough has doubled in size and let them rise while I heat the oven to bake them.

Since my kids have moved out, I have learned how to multi-task while I have something baking in the oven. ;)

I'm the queen of multi-tasking. I'll be doing laundry, paying bills, planning what to cook for dinner and numerous other things while the dough rises and the bread bakes. I'm very dependent on using a kitchen timer to tell me when to stop or start a task because I hate watching clocks.
 
I needed to deal with my brothers car. It’s in good condition, I didn’t have the spoons to sell it. So I gave it to someone in desperate need. ( for a small sum to create a legal contract.) I also did heaps of music practice, A great day
